More Responsibilities
ReplyDeleteA new start marks a new beginning to my career for this year as I take up more responsibilities in my job scopes.
Learning to work with more people, learning to delegate tasks to people whom I work with, requires me to be more tactful and be fair. To plan and to strategize require alot more time. Instructions must be clear and plan early with others, will minimize the misunderstanding that might takes place along the way.
Communication with one another is very important so as to allow rooms for improvement before the implementation.
Manisah's Lesson Observation on Probability of Class 212
ReplyDelete3 things I have learnt:
1)Provide more explanations and examples on new mathematical terms.
2)Get students to quote examples and use their examples to explain events for "likely", "uncertain" etc.
3)Don't assume students understand certain terms that is used during the teaching.
2 things that interest me
1)Getting students to give examples and teacher will explain why the situation should be placed in certain category.
2)Teacher might need to specify how to toss a coin
1 thing I will implement:
1) To get students to give real-life examples and discuss in class. It makes students think on thier examples on how the situation should be placed in the different category of events.
